Pixar Feels Challenge Day 2 - Sadness

Aww poor Flik... this moment in A Bug's Life never fails to start the waterworks. Possibly the lowest emotional low in the entire film... I'm not crying I'm just sweating through my eyes!! WHYYY  (I feel ya Dashie... but seriously how come I haven't found any Inside Out emotes yet?) Um sorry anyway... what you're seeing here is actually the first public non-humanized ABL fanart I've done since 2010. It's not perfect and there are some things I really wish looked better (the scale definitely threw me off... their torsos are so tiny compared to their heads but when I made it tiny it looked wrong!), but as versus previous attempts, it's amazing! ABL characters aren't that easy so this drawing is actually quite the win! Is it weird I'm really happy with what was supposed to be a sad drawing? Hope not. Anyhow, I'm really getting excited with the challenge to come! I'd love to see you guys join me if you get the chance!
