Description

EDIT: How did I miss that big accidental blot of purple on Dot's dress? It's fixed now.

Continuing on my adventures in Lalaloopsy [Digital Painter App] Land with Pixar charries! After having done the Toy Story girls, I was hugely excited to do something for one of the best, but sadly underrated films, ever, A Bug's Life! I had originally intended on doing Gypsy and Rosie as well, but I was having a fair amount of trouble figuring out how they'd translate to the Lala style. I may do them again down the road, but either way, I'm very happy with this one! Unlike the first one, I started making my own outfits for the princesses. I have actually humanized Atta and Dot before, so I had an idea as to how the dresses would look. I just added some buttons, ribbons, and lace to give it that 'Loopsy look! I have to say one of my favorite things about this is their gossamer "wings" on their dresses, it's just too perfect an accent! Now, normally when I humanize I give them realistic hair colors that compliment the characters' colors (my Atta and Dot normally have two different shades of brown hair), but the Lalaloopsy style is all about color, so I kept the styles but changed the colors to Atta and Dot's respective lavender-purple colors. Admittedly Dot is actually a different shade than what I gave her, but I didn't really have any reference to go on with this. But either way! This one is one of my favorites of the LaLaPixar bunch. See if you can find all the reused 'Loopsy stamps in the pic :D Oh, and their doll names are to be Queenie Wings and Dottie Wings, can't forget about that! MGA can you pleaaaase make these? I would buy them...

This was made with the DisneyCreate Lalaloopsy Digital Painter, and the doll bases all belong to MGA/Disney Interactive.
Atta and Dot belong to Disney/Pixar. The humanization designs, drawn portions, and the final piece belong to me.
