Disney Universe SimbaXNala (DC Contest Entry)

So you may be wondering... what's Disney Universe? Or you may not be wondering because you know what it is and enjoy it. I say this because it got a lot of hype on Disney for a while and then suddenly stopped and then Infinity came along and everybody forgot about Universe and now it's in the $20 game bin most places. So what is Disney Universe? It was a game where you could play a character in a Disney charrie suit (I often chose Hal from WALL-E) and go on adventures and fight bad guys with wacky weaponry. It was a really fun game, despite I'm still stuck in level 3...  

But I'm rabbit-trailing again; the point is, before the game's release, Disney Create had an official drawing contest to raise interest, and 50 winners would receive a copy of Disney Universe for the Wii. So this was my entry! I don't really remember why I ultimately chose Simba and Nala, but I thought it would be cool since you can only play cub Simba in the game and you can't play Nala, plus, I had to wonder what a female DU character look like (this was before I knew Jasmine was in the game). Now, I know it's pretty sloppy-looking and the anatomical structure is pretty off, but I did some fixes to it and now it looks a heck of a lot better than it did to start with! And it must've been good because I actually won the contest! And at the time, the game was around $50! So that was super cool for me   Anyway, I loved the characters' expressions and in general I thought it turned out pretty great! And now it's here for your enjoyment! Now, if only I could figure out how to make that impossible jump that's keeping me from advancing to the next level...
